What do you guys think about the vast amounts of money coming into the premiership in the UK?
Manchester City probably now have greater funds at their disposal than Chelsea. The difference is that Chelsea is owned by a wealthy individual whereby Man City is now owned by a consortium. Abramovich is happy to lose money pursuing his dream and genuine love of football are Man City's new owners just as passionate about the game?

Good question, the outcome really remains to be seen. I think short-term success is still required even in these situations. If Manchester City are unable to secure European football at Eastlands for next season then it may well be a short lived investment. At the very least a good league and cup run is a must.
