Hey Gary,
That is so true and though I am a manu fan i am saddened that players today don't have the work ethic to play 352 funny thing is it beats the 442 formation when played properly lol. when will we all learn to accept change...Oh the advert...sorry missed it but feel its hard to get such a job if you are not qualified by best practice standards. That is why I am looking for even an online course which would allow me get the required certs. take care of you mon

Most of the Brazilians teams in The National Championship playing 3-5-2 or 4-4-2, it depends where the game will play. Home they play more in attack, out the play more in back, even some play 3-6-1.

Well in the UK Glenn Hoddle after playing became a coach and he played 3-5-2 but since he has stopped coaching in the Premier Division and Championship. We have very few coaches who play this style in Europe.

Dear Gary, first of all thank you so much to answred me. Second, could you explain to me what do you mean by 'since the like of Glenn Hoddlle'? Please!

Hello Nivan,
Well Generally the wider midfielders return as full backs in the defensive phase and push on when in possession of the ball. Generally it needs very fast, strong and technically good players. The central three midfielders play in a V with the furthest from the ball being the player more offensive when his team has possession making off the ball runs into the penalty area. The closest to the ball playing as the old inside role and the third being the pivital player change play and inserting pernetrating passes. In the defensive phase they retreat, press and delay allowing the wider midfielders time to recover. In Europe this formation has been abandoned over the last decade, since the like of Glenn Hoddle.

How to distributed the five midfields in the ground in 3-5- 2 based format team combination?
